Abstract
In this work, we show that the determination of the anticytomegalovirus ant ibody avidity carried out before week 18 of gestation is a helpful tool to identify women for enrollment in prenatal diagnosis. This procedure can ide ntify all pregnant women who will give birth to an infected newborn.
