Abstract
In this Note we study a Rotenberg's model with perfect memory rule describi ng a growth of a cell population. Every cell is distinguished by its degree of its maturity and its maturation velocity. When the maturation velocity grows to infinity then we show that the model is well-posed. (C) Academie d es Sciences/Elsevier, Paris.
