Abstract
Chinese agricultural eco-engineering is a newborn scientific field which em erged in the practices of sustainable development of agriculture. Based on the discussion of the emergence and development of China's agricultural eco -engineering, this paper analyzes the characteristics and components of the system. As a case study, the paper introduces the application of ecotechno logy and its comprehensive effect in Baiquan county, Helingjiang province, China. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
