Abstract
The demand of the author is the development of a clear ethical code for psy choanalysis with reference to deontology. He founds his demand on the neces sity of credibility, protection and reliability for the patient, the analys t, the setting of the psychoanalytic process and for the institution and th e psychoanalytic community.
