Abstract
Here we report the first noted case of a small cell carcinoma of the l ung (oat cell carcinoma) presenting as metastases in the patella. Mali gnancies of the patella, primary or secondary, are rare. First present ation of a malignancy with metastases in the patella has only been rec orded once previously.
