Abstract
The thermoelectric properties of PbTe/Te superlattice structures grown by m olecular beam epitaxy have been investigated. The in-plane Seebeck coeffici ent, Hall coefficient, and electrical resistivity have been measured at 300 K. The data show that a significant enhancement of the in-plane Seebeck coe fficient, thermoelectric power factor and figure of merit has been achieved .
