Abstract
Several 3(2H)-pyridazinones with amino groups at the 5-position of the pyri dazine nucleus have been prepared. The 6-aryl-5-halo-3(2H)-pyridazinones ob tained from mucochloric and mucobromic acid lead to the corresponding 5-alk ylamino-3(2H)-pyridazinones, which were tested as platelet aggregation inhi bitors.
