Abstract
Spontaneous peripheral artery thrombosis in children is rare. We present 2 cases, in both of which the diagnosis was delayed. Acute arterial insuffici ency should be considered in children who have clinical symptoms of leg pai n, pallor, and reduced pulses. Angiography is the gold standard to confirm or exclude the diagnosis.
