Abstract
This article begins with a discussion of thyroid anatomy and physiology and then proceeds with an in-depth study of the area of focus, thyroid and par athyroid disorders, including thyroid nodules and cancer, multinodular goit er, and hyperparathyroidism. Complications of thyroid and parathyroid surge ry are discussed.
