Abstract
We describe a case of cutaneous purulent aspergillosis in a IS-year-old man with chronic granulomatous disease (CGD) treated successfully with a 6-mon th regimen of itraconazole. The therapeutic effect of the drug was seen aft er 1 month of administration. Surgical treatment of the skin lesions, altho ugh first planned, was not necessary.
