Abstract
Giant cavernous hemangioma of the uterus is a rare but serious condition, e specially during pregnancy. We now report two pregnancies in the same patie nt that were complicated with cavernous hemangioma of the uterus. Conservat ive management resulted in excellent outcomes in both pregnancies.
