The structure of low-lying levels in odd-mass Te isotopes (115 less th
an or equal to A less than or equal to 131) is examined in the framewo
rk of the projected-quasiparticle-phonon coupling model (PQPC). Effect
s of particle number symmetry restoration are discussed through the co
mparison with usual quasiparticle phonon coupling calculations (QPC).
Excitation energies, dipole and quadrupole moments are calculated and
