Abstract
The authors discuss a 69-year-old man who presented for preoperative assess ment of an abdominal aortic aneurysm. An abdominal aortogram demonstrated a 3.5-cm infrarenal fusiform abdominal aortic aneurysm with anomalous origin of the inferior mesenteric artery off the fight common iliac artery. A lit erature review indicates that this specific type of anomalous origin has no t been reported.
