Abstract
This review presents data obtained by the author and from the literatu re, on studying genetics of the monofloret-cluster (MF-CL) trait in su gar beet. The results of analysis of four MF alleles are demonstrated, two genetic sources of the MF trait are compared, and the use of spec ial MF analyzers in studying genetic polymorphism MF trait is describe d.
