Abstract
We performed myocardial scintigraphy on a patient with ischaemic electrocar diographic changes after massive blood transfusion. Although there was no d efect by Tc-99m -MIBI scintigraphy, I-123-MIBG scintigraphy was observed su ggesting denervation after massive blood transfusion. Myocardial scintigrap hy using Tc-99m -MIBI or I-123 -MIBG can be useful for the evaluation of my ocardial dysfunction with reversible myocardial infarction.
