al obstruction. Despite progress in the identification of genetic mutations
, the pathogenesis of Hirschsprung's disease is not completely resolved. Th
e management consists of septic complications of treatment, and a variable
(( pull-through,, procedure, immediately or at a later date. Long-term foll
ow-up is an important component of patient care.
