Abstract
We describe the clinical course of a 16-year-old baseball player with a his tory of recurrent hematoma of the thigh. The lesion was aspirated percutane ously several times and curetted under the diagnosis of traumatic hematoma, Microscopical examination revealed massive hemorrhage, necrosis, and a sma ll number of Ewing's sarcoma cells. He died of multiple metastases. With re current hematoma in the soft tissue, neoplastic lesions should be ruled out .
