Abstract
The limits of applicability of the psychological notion ''choice'' wer e explicated. This conception is contrasted with the idea ''to be over the situation'' as an ability to overcome the restrictions of actual choice situation, and to transform given alternatives. Characteristics of the action of preschoolers posed ''over the situation'' while he/s he is solving creative task were examined, The explication of this act ivity function in the process of acculturation of the child is conside red.
