Abstract
The soon to be published White Paper Our Healthier Nation will set out the Government's new public health agenda for the NHS. To improve oral health a nd reduce inequalities it is vitally important that the dental profession b ecomes an active player in the implementation of this policy. Each member o f the dental team has an important role to play in oral health promotion.
