Abstract
A cyclic arrangement of the four model nucleobases 1-methyluracilate (mura) , 9-ethyladenine (eade), 9-ethylguanine (Hegua) and 1-methylcytosine (mcyt) , held together by two metal entities [trans-(NH3)(2)Pt-II and trans-(MeNH2 )(2)Pt-II] and multiple H bond interactions, is presented.
