Abstract
Double-crested Cormorants (Phalacrocorax auritus) are normally considered a diurnal species. Here we describe cormorants foraging nocturnally in an ox bow lake in Mississippi,. We hale observed this behavior only once during 3 0 capture attempts over seven years.
