Bowel bypass syndrome without bowel bypass

"Bowel bypass syndrome without bowel bypass" is an entity in which patients have the same clinical presentation as patients with bowel bypass syndrome , but with other gastrointestinal disorders. We present two cases of this d isorder, one who responded to metronidazole and ciprofloxacin, and the othe r who responded to prednisone and metronidazole.
