Abstract
We have investigated structrues and topography features of sputered graphit e surface using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electro n microscopy (TEM), and demonstrated that carbon nanotubes can be grown up by sputtered-atom deposition on a protrusion of, topography feature.
