Abstract
In this paper we obtain a q-deformation of the Lie superalgebra spl(2, 1), which is in correspondence with its one-parameter quantum group. This proce dure suggests a two-parameter deformation of the Lie superalgebra which lea ds to the two-parameter quantum group.
