Abstract
New 4-amino-5-chloro-2-methoxybenzamide derivatives 4 with antagonist activity at the 5-HT4 receptor are reported. They exhibit good selecti vity for the 5-HT4 receptor over the D-2 and 5-HT3 receptors.
