Abstract
A novel multilayered printed antenna suitable for integration on high diele ctric constant material is presented. The antenna has higher surface wave e fficiency, larger bandwidth, and greater gain than a conventional microstri p patch. A comparison between theoretical and experimental impedance and ra diation performance is given. Very good agreement is achieved. (C) 1999 Joh n Wiley & Sons, Inc.
