ult as a complication of surgical intervention and radiation therapy for ma
lignancy, Acquired lymphangiectasis shares clinical and histologic features
with the congenital lesion, lymphangioma circumscriptum. Diagnosis and tre
atment of these vesiculo-bullous lesions is important because they may be a
ssociated with pain, chronic drainage, and cellulitis, We describe two pati
ents who had these lesions after treatment for cancer and review the pertin
ent literature. Although a number of treatment options are available, we ha
ve found CO2 laser ablation particularly effective.
