Abstract
The study presents the results of calorimetric investigations of the invert ase catalyzed sucrose hydrolysis. The aim of the investigation is the kinet ic interpretation of calorimetric curves with respect to the inhibitor effe ct of selected heavy metal ions and the calorimetric determination of the i nvertase activity.
