Abstract
The safety of a method of outpatient antiarrhythmic drug loading utilizing a continuous loop event recorder was evaluated. The findings suggest that t he standard 2-day hospital admission for drug loading is not necessary in a ll patients and a method of outpatient loading may be equally safe.
