Abstract
The authors report a case of external post traumatic pancreatic fistula in a 24-year-old patient who had been operated for abdominal injury. Resistanc e to repeated conservative treatment and the appearance of pancreatic absce ss led to pancreatic resection. Surgical treatment of external post-traumat ic fistula remains the appropriate solution in particular cases.
