Abstract
Fibrolamellar hepatocellular carcinoma is a rare tumor; only 300 cases were reported up until 1990. This tumor differs from classic hepatocellular car cinoma by the younger age, absence of liver cirrhosis, a single tumor and g ood prognosis. The authors report two uncommon cases of fibrolamellar hepat ocellular carcinoma with an older age and a multinodular appearance and a p oor prognosis.
