Abstract
In humans, at least six members of the multidrug resistance-associated prot ein (MRP) family are thought to exist. Here we report the molecular cloning of two splice variants of MRP3 from human liver. In addition, MRP3 genomic organization including the 5'-flanking region and a major portion of the M RP3 intron-exon organization are identified and characterized.
