Abstract
It, was found that two processes occur in water by the action of electric f ield: a change in the orientation of molecules (orientation polarization) a nd. directed movement of molecular associates containing H+ and OH-. It is shown that the system relaxes in time, and the time of posteffect relaxatio n correlates with the relaxation of biological activity of water.
