Abstract
Resin-supported fluorescein, coumarin, acridinium, and biotin active esters were prepared from a new N-hydroxysuccinimidyl resin in high yield. The ac tive esters were used to prepare representative conjugates with estriol, th yroxine, phenytoin, and desipramine haptens without need for purification b eyond removal of the spent resin.
