Abstract
The solubilities of ternary system La(ClO4)(3)-OCBAAP[4-(o-chlorobenzoyl) a minoantipyrine,d C18H16N3O2Cl]-H2O at 30 degrees C were determined. The new solid phase (incongruent compound), La(OCBAAP)(4)(ClO4)(3) . 6H(2)O, was d iscovered in the system. Based on the solubility diagram, the synthesis con dition was defined, and compounds Ln(OCBAAP)(4) . (ClO4)(3) . nH(2)O (Ln = La, n = 6; Ln = Pr, Ndt Sm, Gd, Yb, n = 2) were synthesized. The compounds were characterized by chemical analysis, elemental analysis, TG-DTG, IR spe ctra and density respectively. Apparent activation energy of thermal decomp osition of La(OCBAAP)(4)(ClO4)(3) has been calculated.
