Abstract
The absorptions of liposoluble salicylic acid, water-soluble vitamin B-6, c eftriaxone, quinolone antibacteria-norfloxacin and anticancer medicine-doxo rubicin were discussed by using liposome as biomembrane model and compariso n with cell membrane, The absorption of salicylic acid whose absorption cur ve is linear depends on the passive diffusion. The experimental result of v itamin B-6 supports the opinion that the absorption of vitamin B-6 depends on proteins which lie in membranes. The absorption of vitamin B-6 is a chem ical process, so absorption curve is nonlinear, The absorption mode of ceft riaxone is a simple diffusion, The absorption of norfloxacin depends on the effects of metal ions, Under the driving force of nucleic acid in cells, d oxorubicin was absorbed through biomembrane.
