Abstract
The development of a rapid method for the determination of the Fusarium myc otoxin beauvericin (BEA) in corn and cereals is described. This method allo ws to prepare at least 5 times more samples simultaneously with similar ana lytical performance characteristics as previously published analytical meth ods.
