Abstract
Cardiac lipomas, extremely fare benign tumours, can develop in the pericard
ial surface or inside the cardiac chambers. We report three cases, 2 intrac
ardiac (one in the left and right atrium at the level of the interatrial se
ptum and the other in the right ventricle) and one epicardial at the level
of the left atrial roof. All patients underwent surgery and are now asympto
matic.
