The dependence of BaTiO3 powder morphology evolution during decomposition o
f barium titanyl-oxalale and subsequent barium titanate synthesis on heatin
g rare is studied. it is established that the mechanisms of morphology deve
lopment depend upon the heating mode and the necessity of a nonlinear heati
ng schedule is proven. This schedule makes it possible to avoid some limita
tions of linear hearing schedule and to use their advantages.
