ar UV radiation through the specific oxidation by hydrogen peroxide un
der nonradical conditions. This damage is usually measured using P-32-
postlabeling method, which however cannot be used for routine analysis
. We propose herein an assay based oil capillary zone electrophoresis
which allows a rapid evaluation of the level of modified bases in DNA
exposed to oxidative stress.
