It has been prepared composition samples Fe2O3-ZrSiO4 with the ceramics and
sol-gel methodology, working in oxidizer atmosphere (air). Also it has bee
n prepared a composition sample Fe2O3,CdSe1-xSx-ZrSiO4 by sol-gel methodolo
gy in nitrogen atmosphere. In this last case, for the training of the cadmi
um sulfoseleniure (CdSeS), this has been generated "in situ" in our laborat
ory. The evolution of the present crystalline phases in each calcination cy
cle has been followed through the X-Ray diffraction techniques (XRD). The s
tructural, microstructural and microanalytic characterization, so much by t
he gels as by the crude and calcined samples has been accomplished with the
techniques of ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometry, calorimetric anal
ysis (DTA/TG) and sweep electronics microscopy and microanalysis (SEM/XDE).
Finally it has been studied the stability of the pigmentant structure and
the yield of the color to be introduced in a transparent frit, of boracic n
ature, through the glazed of white paste ceramics plaquets already prefired
, observing also the absence of defects after the calcination.
