Direct imaging of concentration profile over interdigitated dot electrodes

Time evolution of spherical diffusion layer over dot electrodes was observe d by Mach-Zehnder laser interferometer. The current response of those inter digitated dot electrodes was varied by the geometry of the electrode. The i nterferograms explained this in terms of the variation of the convective io n flux under the gravitational field.
