Abstract
As assisted reproduction technology advances, more types of procedures are becoming available bringing more success at solving many types of infertili ty. In vitro fertilization has become simpler and less invasive, with succe ss rates as high as 30% per cycle. Intracytoplasmic sperm injection has sol ved many types of male infertility. This article explains in vitro fertiliz ation technology and discusses such ethical issues as embryo ownership, mul tiple births, and embryo genetic testing.
