Abstract
We use experimental panel data to estimate impacts of managed care on medic al care use counts free of endogenous treatment effect bias. Our count regr essions also allow for excess zeros and correct for possible attrition bias . (C) 1999 Elsevier Science S.A. All rights reserved.
