Abstract
We provide mechanisms for the Nash implementation of the Nash bargaining so lution if the set of possible payoff allocations is unknown to the planner while the status quo is known. Agents report payoff regions compatible with the status quo. We remark that message spaces can be further reduced. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science S.A. All rights reserved.
