Abstract
The phenomenon of quasimolecular interference at slow ion-atom collisi ons is discussed. The most characteristic effects, observed in physica l experiments on the studies of alkaline-earth elements resonance char ge exchange, excitation and charge exchange with the excitation of bot h the atom and ion lines at the collisions, are described and illustra ted.
