Abstract
Emergency endoscopic nasobiliary drainage was performed successfully in 2 p atients with severe cholangitis and septic shock without the help of fluoro scopy because of technical problems in the fluoroscopy units. Definitive pr ocedure was performed after the recovery. Nasobiliary drainage can be perfo rmed without fluoroscopic guidance, but should be attempted in exceptional situations.
