Investigating the behaviour of spin-1/2 dyon, the generalized Dirac equatio
n has been solved for energy eigen values and the Hamiltonian of this syste
m has been shown to involve spin contribution. Generalized spin momentum of
a dyon has been shown to behave gs extra energy source for dyons interacti
ng with generalized electromagnetic field. Interaction of spin and orbital
moments of a dyon moving in the generalized field has been analysed. By int
roducing suitable spinors the Pauli equation for a spin-1/2 dyon moving in
the field of another dyon has been analysed and it is shown that ad hoc int
roduction of spin in the system of two dyons perceptibly modifies the energ
y eigen value and eigen functions of bound state of the system.
