Abstract
In this paper, asymmetrical coplanar striplines (ACPS) with multilayer subs trates and overlays are analyzed using conformal mapping method. Analytic c losed-form expressions for the basic parameters are obtained. The analyses are useful for monolithic microwave integrated circuits and integrated opti cal application.
