Abstract
Analytic solutions are presented for the boundary control of 2-dimensional dynamic smart beam model with shear actuators on the top and bottom of the beam. By using Fourier Series method, the vibration control, optimal locati on of actuators, and shape control of smart beam are obtained. Applications are also illustrated.
